Pankaj possesses a strong background in Program Management, creative, client-focused and Business Strategy & Planning. His other strengths include business analysis and client relationship management. A stickler for structure and coordinated style of working, he is quite comfortable in leading large teams for successful and timely delivery of assignments.

As part of the largest political campaign team in Lok Sabha Elections 2014, Pankaj led their data analysis team, volunteers data management, digital promotions and social media engagement program, taking strategic direction to executable outcomes. He conceptualized and executed digital and on-ground campaigns which reached out to a target audience of 100+ million people.

In a leadership role for shared services he has managed central functions like Projects, Transitions, Vendor Management, Knowledge Management, Training and Business Excellence. He has setup new processes and operations capability with a capacity of over 1000+ professionals in the NCR region.

Pankaj has previously worked with Binsys, Gino Cerruti, RDI and Pratyaksh Interactive in roles of a Database Consultant, Program Manager and Tech Lead. He has considerable experience of managing large projects and has dealt with clients like NTPC, SAIL, WBSTCL, WBPDCL, Gino Cerruti (UK) and JPSC many others.

He is fond of playing online bridge, which makes the best use of his analytical stint of mind and structured thinking.
